These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of digital content offered on this site, excluding any other conditions.

Confirming an order implies full acceptance of these terms. The customer acknowledges having read them before confirming the purchase by ticking the designated box at payment.

The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; the terms in effect on the order date apply.

The products sold are digital educational materials, delivered in PDF format and intended for personal and family use only. No physical items are shipped.

Regarding pricing:

• Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.
• The applicable price is the one shown on the product page at the time of order confirmation.
• No delivery charges apply as the products are exclusively digital.
• The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

The order process includes the following steps:

• Select products and add them to your shopping cart.
• Enter your details (name, email, phone number).
• Accept these terms and conditions of sale.
• Choose your payment method and proceed to secure checkout.
• Order Confirmation and File Delivery.

The sale is final once payment is confirmed by the bank. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appears clearly fraudulent.

Payment is made online at the time of purchase by credit card through the secure payment platform of the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI).

• Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Moroccan bank cards.
• Transactions are secured with 3-D Secure protocol and end-to-end encryption.
• Card details are entered directly on the bank's secure page; they are neither transmitted through nor stored on this site.
• The customer's account is charged once the order is confirmed.

If the bank refuses authorization, the order is automatically canceled and no charge is made.

Since the products are entirely digital, no physical delivery occurs. Once payment is confirmed, the files are electronically sent to the email address provided during the order.

Access is immediate. If you do not receive the files within twenty-four hours, please check your spam folder, then contact the seller at contact@ritakadiri.com: the files will be resent free of charge.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address provided during the order is correct.

The products sold are digital content delivered immediately after payment, with no physical media involved.

By confirming their order, the customer expressly requests immediate execution of the service and acknowledges that they will no longer be able to exercise the right of withdrawal once the files are made available.

This waiver does not affect any remedies available to the customer under the following article in case of defective or non-compliant products.

A full refund is granted in the following cases:

• The file is unreadable, corrupted, or technically unusable and cannot be replaced.
• The delivered product does not match the description on the website.
• The same product was charged twice.
• An amount was charged without any order confirmation.

All claims must be sent to contact@ritakadiri.com within fourteen days of the order, including the order number. A response will be provided within 48 business hours. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the payment card within a maximum of 30 days.

All content sold on this site remains the exclusive property of its author. Purchasing grants a strictly personal, non-exclusive right to use it.

• Reselling, renting, or distributing files is prohibited.
• Reproduction for commercial use or public online posting is forbidden.
• Using the product in an office or classroom setting requires prior written permission from the seller.

Data collected during the order is necessary for processing and delivering the products. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Casablanca.
